Time between ordering date and delivery date seems a bit long... Giving it one more chance to see if I will stay or switch to local purchases.

Transit times are longer than other similar sites

The product selection & delivery is great. Would love to see more options for teeth cleaning treats. Website is not always mobile friendly & have to email to add any discounts to my Autoship. I have recommended to my daughter for her pet supply needs.

I usually don't have any problems but this last order I had a lot of damaged cat food cans......they were crushed open and made a mess with the other cans

I like Petflow as another alternative to buying for my dog. They have a lot of variation with their assortment of pet snacks. A lot of stuff from brands that I hadn't seen before so I definitely appreciate the variety. One thing I would approve upon is their shipping. I ordered PetFlow on 11/8 and something else from another retailer a week later. I got my order from PetFlow and this other retailer on the same day. Even though I ordered from this other retailer on the 14th and got my package probably the 16th or 17th. PetFlow took an entire week. Other than that, I have no real complaints.

I'm not happy the price has increased several dollars within just a few weeks from shipment to shipment. Will look at other alternatives to get this food for my dogs.

I have been ordering from Petflow a long time. Selection is good, delivery fast. However, packaging is poor and unprofessional. Boxes are already falling apart by the time they are delivered. Dry dog food, or cans are heavy - obviously- so why aren't you using a heavier grade of cardboard box? And, my big issue is that I have now sliced into multiple bags of dog and cat food, because there is no cardboard piece between the bag and the seam of the box. And this is with using the side of a pair of scissors, not even an Exacto knife. I don't have this issue with your closest competitor.
