In comparison to similar websites, Petflow has competitive pricing. The turnaround time isn't as fast as most but in fairness, that could be relative to distance from my nearest distribution center to our home in FL. Their inventory with regard to pet food brands is very good but supplies, toys and over-the-counter medications are bleak. This forces me to fulfill all my needs at at least one other online retailer. I switched to Petflow after shopping with a very similar competitor because I got tired of the price gouging. In comparison Petflow seems honest and consistent. I'm hoping their inventory and turn around time improves.

Fast shipping and outstanding customer service, But packing of items in substandard boxes with little bubble wrap leaves cans dented and boxes split opened.

The customer service, emails and prices are good. However, the website is difficult to navigate. Takes way to long to process, or make corrections on orders. I have gotten frustrated in the past and drove to local Petco.............

I received my shipment of dog food very quickly, but am left unsatisfied with the packaging. I had ordered something else with this shipment and it was clear to me that it may have initially been forgotten as there were multiple layers of tape on the seam of the box. When I opened the box, carefully and not using any sharp objects, was shocked to find my bag of dog food sliced open and dog food spilled throughout the box. I'm left quite disappointed as now the food is less than fresh.

A little frustrating trying to update shipment items. I did receive the same prescription cat food twice in error and was told I could not return one so that made me upset as it was not my fault. Overall it's nice to get the products at my door but the repeated frustration with your site and the fact that I was charged and received items twice and was told I was stuck with them - well that does not make loyal so if I find another ship to door service, I will discontinue Petflow. I WAS loyal but that experience really showed me that customer service is not quite your thing.

I love the idea of saving money and having it delivered to my home - I don't like that your aggressive in your email marketing on a every other day basis. Just so you know, it;s annoying -

The prices are good. The selection is good. I have ordered from here before, and the delivery is so so slow. I thought I ordered in advanced, however, I still had to go out to the store and buy the food, because the order had't arrived.

The offers are good but usually sold out by the time I get out of work. an every order I place end sup in an email about unavailability from the closest warehouse so the order is delayed.
