Great products that other companies don't carry! Fast shipping! Only con is most of the cans come dented!

PetFlow is a great online pet store. The prices are not super competitive, but they have good customer service and fast and free shipping; which is hugely valuable.

Was easy to use and very well laid out, only complaint is that it doesn’t have the product list of some other online pet supplies

I like the service and product selection. Shipping is super fast and well package. The only problem I have and why I didn’t give it five Star was : they send discount codes, via email, for 10 % or 15% but it does not apply to Fromm products. I wouldn’t have a problem if it said that on the email;however, it doesn’t. You don’t find out until you punch the code in. That’s a bad business. Plus , there is no incentive to do the subscription order for food. There is no discount. I just order it when I need it.

Shipping was very fast and free. Everything just happens automatically and is cheaper than local pet stores for the same quantity. I love things I can setup and forget about it. The only beef I have is that you have to pay shipping on small orders. I wanted to "try out" a brand of dog food to see if my dog likes it. They have the small bags (5 lbs) at a good prices but shipping is $7 which makes it a not so good price.

First time ordering and great experience. Reserving some judgment to determine continuity of service.

I moved to PetFlow from Chewy.com when they got bought out and their company changed for the worse. With Chewy I used to get my orders the very next day or at the latest, the day after that. I miss that with PetFlow. It usually take about 3 days now. I also don't care for UPS. The drivers don't like my dogs. I miss the packages being delivered by Fed. Ex., as they love my dogs. The prices are good at PetFlow. I wish they carried larger bags of GlycoFlex though.

Great website. Extremely convenient to have an auto ship on dog food. Prices are comparable to to other websites but typically a few bucks cheaper. Customer service is top notch. Which is far more important to me than my only minor complaint. Which is that it's pretty hard to get a discount on anything with promotions codes unless you are a new member. If you already have an auto ship program with them it's pretty much locked in at that price, and getting a separate order with a coupon is so far impossible to do. But like I said the prices are good to begin with so not a deal breaker. Highlight on the customer service though. And the selection isn't beatable in my opinion.
