I've had pretty good experiences with Petflow. I've ordered four times so far. Pros: easy, convenient, typically fast delivery Cons: constantly SPAM you with emails, inconsistent delivery (a few days to a week...I don't think they can control that), 10% off coupon for my first order wouldn't go through. I'm really sick of constantly receiving emails from them. I unsubscribed from their email list weeks ago (it didn't work two weeks after I set it to just send me emails once a week and it didn't work two weeks after I set it to stop sending me emails at all), but I'm still constantly spammed with emails from them. It's extremely annoying. I would set a filter, but I want to receive my order confirmation emails. I will stop using this site/service if they don't get it together.

There was a coupon for $12 off of an $80 purchase on the front page of your site, so I added a few things that I normally pay less for on Amazon, but knew it would even out since I could use the coupon. ( I was only going to make a small purchase.. When I added the coupon code the amount was deducted, but after I paid it showed I paid the entire amount. I wrote to customer service immediately and was told the coupon was only good for revolving orders. He made no offer to reduce the price I paid even though I told him I only purchased certain items because of the coupon. He told me I could cancel my order, but since it was shipped already (I wrote right away) I would have to pay $10.75 for the return ship. I was very disappointed. I don't want to be completely negative about this company: The products were great and the shipping was fast and packed well.

My dogs food is no longer carried in our area so I'm glad I was able to get it from you. I was glad it arrived quickly bcz everything else I tried was making her sick. Unfortunately I had to order a huge bag & my dog weighs 6 lbs! However I am just sick of all the emails! Eleven in the 1st wk!! REALLY??? Totally unnecessary! I asked to b removed from your list & response sed I wld b, but another came today. What do I hv to do to unsubscribe??? I realize I can mark it spam to stop them, but then when I re-order I won't get a recpt or shipping info. PLZ PLZ stop sending me emails! Take me off your list, unsubscribe me, or whatever it takes! NO MORE EMAILS. I'm sure w/ more research I can order elsewhere next time if the emails don't stop I will find some place else to purchase dog food.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong style (loaf vs sliced meat) of food for my cats. But, it's a known brand and figured that I would try a can to see if they would eat it. They would not...then I saw the return policy. I could not return food if the case is not complete. I'm disappointed, but the shelter will be happy when I donate it. Also, you also bombarded a new customer with WAY too many emails...I adjusted the frequency, but wanted you to have that feedback too. I may try you again, but will likely stick with Amazon, my usual choice for supplies.

I find that most of the prices are higher than my preferred pet food site but they do have some good sale prices. I have had issues where something happened and an order was placed without my making a choice to purchase. I was price checking and putting items in my cart for comparison and somehow an order was placed. I tried to cancel to no avail but I do not recall the outcome of the conversation with customer service. It was during a mystery sale where I did not know the discount until I place items in my cart. I don't even check out those offers any longer. PetFlow offers better sales if you sign up for auto ship but the auto ship is somewhat difficult to get out of because it involves calling in to customer service and usually enduring hold times. Not my preferred site for pet supplies

My veterinarian renewed an rx for my dog's food for one year. However, when I ordered this last time, the vet was called again for confirmation. It is frustrating that they have to be bothered time and time again when the proper documentation had already been sent.

Price was lowest I could find online. However after ordering we.were informed our food was out of stock. To keep our dogs on their normal diet we had to buy food from a local store and pay more per can We are hoping auto shipping will solve this problem.

Auto ship is not the bargain I thought it would be. Less expensive to get my same auto ship products through Chewy.com
