I've been a petflow member for the past couple of years and have LOVED the service - I get large sized dog food and it's great not to have to carry it from the store. Unfortunately I have tried to purchase advertised sale products recently and have had nothing but trouble. The first time I tried to order the sale product, it was confirmed in my order basket but when the delivery arrived, it wasn't included since it was 'out of stock'. No note, no replacement, just that it wasn't included. I tried to order another item on this past order and again, it was included in my basket, I paid for it, and when it went to ship, they charged full price since the original item was again 'out of stock'. I believe they are falsly advertising sale items and would only purchase full price items that you really need.

Great products.... great prices... Horrible online ordering platform. My order crashed 4 times in the process - after i entered my credit card info - which concerns me. Stuck with it because the prices were great and was encouraged by a start-up new company in this space. My order ultimately went thru, but I would probably not purchase online from this vendor again.

As I was waiting well over a week for my order to arrive, had already paid for it, I called them to only find out that they had cancelled my order a week ago. But did I get an email saying it was cancelled? No Had my money been refunded? No. When I asked why they said they had to do refunds manually. Needless to say has left a very sour taste in my mouth and do not think I will be ordering again anytime soon.

I received 2 boxes of bug infested dog biscuits from Petflow. They would not give me a refund because it was after their 30 day return policy when I discovered the bugs. It wasn't until after several emails and my requesting a manager be involved, they made a "Special Exception" and refunded my money. I will be buying my dog food and treats elsewhere.

I was having a hard time placing my order through the website, every time I went to check out it would erase everything in my cart. I finally gave up and called my order in. When I checked the confirmation email I noticed the quantity was wrong on one item. I used the website to add the additional item to the order, expecting that the price would change by a very small amount, but when I received the new confirmation email the price on several of my items had been increased, bringing my order to a few dollars more than I had expected. (My credit card had already been charged as well.) I called customer service again, and spent several minutes correcting the prices, which included me sending them the two emails, because he wasn't showing any price changes in the system on the items in my order. He quickly corrected the price increases after I sent the original confirmation email and submitted a refund for the overcharges, but it took a few days to replace the money in my account. The order arrived today, and overall I'm satisfied with it otherwise.

I placed an order on 10/09/13. I got a e-mail saying My order will be sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping on 10/10/2013. Got a e-mail on 10/23/13 saying my order is shipped today. Does it take 13 days to ship 5 pound of food and 12 oz of treat?

Ordered, which was easy. Heard nothing for 2 days. I was concerned because the order was for dog food I was having a hard time finding. After 2 days I called and was told it was on back order and they were unable to give me an expected availble date for the tood. I cancelled the order. It would have been nice to see the product status on the web order page. Unfortunately I will not try ordering from them again even though their service reps were very good on the phone.
