I was able to order discontinued dog food from your site. Took 2 weeks to let me know. When got email, called your support team & was told order would go out on Monday. Mind you, I had already been charged a week earlier. Food not shipped out of your warehouse until that Wednesday. Now it's sitting in FedEx in my city since 5:36 am on Sunday. It is now Wed 7:30 AM & it's still not on it's way to my home. I've had to buy food 2x now waiting for your 'free fast delivery for orders over $49' cuz it has not arrived. I'm declining when it does FINALLY arrive. I'm ordering from Chewy.com exclusively from here on out!!

I have been charged and have not received my order. No tracking info available. Not happy, this is my first order and you are asking for a review when I don’t know if and when I will receive my order. I emailed inquiring about order and got some general reply “we’re on it” but nobody reached out

Had a discrepancy on the delivery time frame on my order not once, but twice, resulting in my having to drive to my office on my day off and wait for FedEx to show up for three hours. PetFlow never responded to my email as to why they supplied me with an inaccurate ship date. Their shipping has always been slow even before COVID. I will be shopping elsewhere now because above and beyond the slow shipping, and the inaccurate ship date given, I do not appreciate having my emails ignored.

When I used to order with Chewy, orders would take no more than three days to arrive. This latest order I placed through PetFlow took nine days to arrive. In that time, I ran out of prescription food for my cats. When I called PetFlow about this incredibly inconvenient delay, they offered no consolation in the form of a partial credit or gift card, etc.

Placed an order on August 17, it is August 30, order is still in the status of verify prescription, this is my second order for renal diet for dogs, I’m currently out of food for my pet

horrible. placed an order on the 19th. today is the 30th and still not arrived. it's been within 60 miles of our house since the 25! I had to go out to the pet store and get it.

I never received an order confirmation, and they did not respond when I reached out to them. They did, however, charge me.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. On the 20th you indicated it was shipped and on its way. ... I've never got my order. I even sent an email last week telling you so. This is ridiculous. I will never recommend PetFlow to my friends.
