Order from them but expect to wait longer then stated. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else.

After I placed the order you started to bombard my e mail with untold messages to buy this and that again and again. You pushed the wrong button by sending all those messages, day after day after day. I dropped your service and and will not use you ever again because of that.

Part of my order was shipped ten days ago. I received it two days after that. I have no idea as to why the other part of the order was not shipped. No explanation was sent to me to explain the delay. I would think an email would have been sent to explain why the entire order was not shipped at the same time.

I placed an order for two bags of cat food. When the order didn't come in a week, I went back to the order confirmation and there was no tracking number or anything I could see that would advise when the order would be coming.

Have been dealing with PetFlow since July 2012. In that time I have had 7 shipments sent over a week late. Luckily I always plan ahead so I have never run out of food for my cats. When I call they always have excuses why the food was not shipped. I am done with them. There are too many online pet food distributors to keep dealing with a poorly run company. If you don't want stress with your pets food order, choose someone else.

At first I loved Petflow. However there seems to be NO customer service, I have emailed them over broken products I've purchased w/no reply. Then last week I received a double order. Not good, I 'm having a hard time storing 8 cases of canned dog food & 2 30 lb bags of dry!! Tell me how someone didn't notice there was a problem with this. Not to mention my bill of almost $400.00 of dog food! Probably will be my last order as well. They do have good prices for dog food delivered to your door but customer service is non existent...

I ordered 2 dog Halloween outfits from your site on October 21st. It is November 2nd at 2:15pm and I have not received them yet. No late notification, nothing. Poor service.

I bought some jerkie treats(special for 1 cent) Oct. 24 and the sell by date was Nov 14, now I know why they were a penny. their buffalo ears were tissue paper thin. Their Trachea's were good but I could have gotten them cheaper at another website. On the whole they delivered fast but if you shop around you can find better prices
