Service is excellent, but prices are zooming upward. Fromm's dog food went up by 8%, in one fell swoop. On top of this, Connecticut sales tax is being charged. I seriously doubt that any PetFlow payroll checks are being written out to any Connecticut resident working for PetFlow office within the borders of Connecticut. The 1992 United States Supreme Court decision, State of North Dakota vs. Quill Pen Company, has not been repealed. PetFlow fears the Connecticut Tax Department, and should be able to ignore any state where PetFlow has no nexus. This is overreaching on the part of Connecticut. The new nexus is Interstate 95, USPS, UPS, FedEx, catalogue, telephone, internet, attaching 2 cans together with string and smoke signals? For the past 10 years, the purchasing power of the vast majority of workers and retirees have been shrinking, and this is another hit.

I have been using PetFlow for years, and I love their automated internet service, their minimalist packaging style, and the consistency of great organic products and smooth delivery. I have never needed to use PetFlow's customer service, which means it's always been smooth and easy. I have only one complaint about PetFlow: (Attn, Web Master or IT person): Every time I place an order, my e-mail address is re-added to the promotional marketing e-mail list, and i have to unsubscribe EVERY TIME I order! Frustrating- I am super busy and do not appreciate SPAM!

I love your service, product availability & prices. My only complaint is that I can’t cancel Autoships online like with Chewy. I’d rather not have to call to cancel an autoship.

Great service and pricing for a quality product. Only problem I have their promo codes never work with internet orders.

Service is very good but prices now are more than what I can buy food locally with taxes now charged on purchases. However being conveinient still makes using worth it.

Used to be great, but since my dogs food took 6 days to arrive, I dropped my rating to 4. His dog food is autoshipped every 5 weeks, time will tell if it arrives in two or less days like it use to.

PetFlow offers a variety of healthy choices for my dog. They're a reliable company, and shipping is fast. However, I received an order of Twizzies (hard, crunchy treats) in an envelope, and almost all of them were broken in pieces. Their packing department should consider items that may be broken during shipment, and package those in boxes, not envelopes.

issue with item sent damaged. Customer service sent replacement free of charge proactively. Good follow up and communication on issue.
