Ordering and delivery worked well, but there were quite a few dented cans in my package.

I am looking for the best price for the cat food that I have to buy. Petflow is the best price when they give me a discount. I would much rather be able to buy with free shipping for what I end up paying for it every time instead of playing their games and waiting for an email with a discount.

Two Issues. Had a 12% off coupon. Used it and it showed the discount. After I paid, the discount went POOF and disappeared....it was a savings of over $6 on an item that cost almost $57. Not happy about it at all. You have a coupon, pay the discount.... Second issue, a bit less irritating but just to let you know. First indicated item in stock, then got an email saying item has shipped, and then got an email saying item was not in stock and will be sent from elsewhere....it took longer, but still reasonable time. Just confusing a bit.

Customer service is great, and prices are fine. Website is difficult to use because special offers come up but when you check out, the savings don't appear. Twice I have had to call customer service to get the savings added. It is very frustrating. Pet Flow sends WAY TOO MANY EMAILS. They inundate me with them. When I buy a big bag of pet food, it will last awhile, so I don't need emails asking me to buy again - and I am getting two or more emails EVERY DAY. I don't mind one every month but THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Now I have to unsubscribe from all. This isn't smart marketing on your part.

Product was at a very good price incl shipping. Product shipped quickly. My only problem is that immediately after placing my first order - my email was flooded from them. Stopped by unsubscribing but come on, once or twice a month would be fine not 6 in three days
