Offers larger quantities of my cats food, at a great price. Wasnt happy about boxing the bags of food with the 40lbs of kitty litter though. Otherwise everything was great..fast delivery too.

Only complaint is that the shipping could be a bit faster, especially if it’s only coming from Nevada to California. The products are great

I love making purchases from Petflow. The price can't be beat and delivery is fast. The one customer service issue that keeps me from giving 5 Stars is this......Acana, which is the brand of dog food I purchase, offers a free bag for every ten bags purchased. Petflow stopped working directly with Acana on this. Now I have to contact Acana(Champion pet foods) show proof of purchase, they mail me a voucher, I mail the voucher to Petflow, I call Petflow once they receive the voucher, Petflow then mails me my free bag. It would be so much more efficient if Petflow worked with Champion like other suppliers do.
