Fast good shipping, decent selection, and helps animals. Prices are average though and it’s only about selection and convenience.

I am on the Board for Fur-Ever Home Animal Rescue. In the last few months we've had 13 puppies and 2 moms. The orders placed are large orders. There have been a couple of times when the orders can't be filled locally. Instead of dividing the order, the order has either been held up for many days or shipped from the east which takes 7 days. I have never received a phone call. I have had to contact you when it's been over 3 days and am told at that time what has happened. My suggestion is when I large order is placed customer service needs to check stock and take appropriate action. I'm a long-time customer and have always been satisfied with your service. The last few months have been exceptional.

Overall your product selection, prices and shipping is pretty good. However your website isn’t too user friendly, especially for iPhones.

Very quick shipping when you subscribe to receive your order automatically. Not so quick when it’s a one-time purchase.

The customer service representative was fabulous. However, the cat toy I purchased is a dollar cheaper on Chewy.com

I made one purchase which went perfectly, but the I got bombarded with multiple emails a day!!! Be careful what you check.
