Once again the packaging is inadequate. Five pallets of cans sliding around freely inside the box. I've lost track of the number of times the shipment was delivered ripped open.

Had the wrong zip code on my order and delivery was delayed by several days. When I noticed my card had not been charged I called customer service and found out that the zip code had transposed numbers. Pet flow never contacted me about the confusion. Why take my email and telephone number if your not going to contact me when there is a problem with my order?

Monthly re-order plan is great. However, I had to make a different order on 2/11/16 and I won't be receiving my order until 02/24/16. That is way too long to wait for an order of cat food. From now on when I need items between re-order plan I will go to local grocery store. A cat could die of hunger!!

This is my second order with Pet flow and both times now the order has been wrong or incomplete.

Good customer service when contacted, but items being out stock after ordering and long shipping times kind of frustrating. Everything I've bought has gone "out of stock" after me ordering...

Bought two big bags of dog food. Very slow shipping.

there are still too many mistakes. they are always rectified but it doesn't seem as though anyone is fixing anything.

not interested in treats, want Fromm foods to be offered in deals. I spend a lot of $ with Petflow so am a loyal customer!
