If they loose your order it will be on you I run an animal rescue and have been a loyal paying customer for a year But my last order of 10 bags never arrived. I was on the anto-ship program and my order was 592.20 After investigating they decided that i am a thief a lair and the guy who looses nearly 600$ I am furious and hitting them from every angle, Petflow reassured me that the replacement was on the way. Instead my account was deleted EVERYTHING WAS GOOD UNTIL THIS THEY DON'T CARE IF YOUR ANIMALS GO HUNGRY EVEN IF YOU PAID

ordered 6 bags of fromm cranberry liver dog treats. expiration date was in 2 months..( 60 days). they sent out replacements with exact same expiration date. please check old supplies before sending out. otherwise, dog loves these treats and has been eating them for years.

First time ordering on Sept 23rd ...Received an email stating my order will be shipping on Sept 24th. I called on September 26th, checking on my order the message said we are busy so I should texts for quick response. I text and I get sorry we are not open til 10am someone will be getting back to you, never received a text back. Called back on Monday September 28th and was told my order was cancelled because the food was on back order. That was not the only thing on the order, he could not tell me why my entire order was cancelled.. But can place a new order if I want him to..I said no I need the food today. I sent an email on the 28th to them explaining what I went though and was told sorry we are busy but thank you for contacting us and someone will get back to you.. A few days later I receive an emailing, saying sorry about your your order I can place a new one today if you would like??? Placed an order with Chewy’s and received it the next day.

This was my first purchase. Never have I encountered such dishonesty again and again from the first keystroke. Entered the website in my browser and even before I get to the site I get a pop-up that offers 15% off my first order if I provide my email address. No other restrictions or qualifiers. Ok. Entered my email and got a code. Put an item in the cart, entered the code and got a message, "Sorry this code is only for auto-ship orders." Hmmmm. Never said anything about that. OK. Set up auto-ship. Enter code, submit. "Sorry this coupon code is not valid for this product." Again, no disclosures, no asterisk, no footnote, no qualifiers and yet this product is exempt. I did some research on their website and did find an explanation in the help section under FAQs. It was the first question listed. Apparently they get asked this a lot. Disgusted but placed the order anyway. Checked my email. "Welcome to Petflow! Save $30 with auto-ship today!" Ha! Not falling for that again! Will cancel auto-ship and never return to this site. This is no way for a company to do business.

Loved this company until the day customer service person must of been having a bad day. My dog was doing well with Acana lamb but decided to try the duck and it was a no go for him. Customer service didn’t care .

I placed the order and it was supposed to be here over 4 days ago. I had just enough food for the dogs to get about two days past. I was trying to avoid leaving the house due to covid and now was forced to leave and get food elsewhere. I’m hoping it still actually shows up. I’m really angry about trying this site.

What happened to orders ordered on the west coast being shipped from the west coast? I am in NM and my order was shipped from NJ! Took over 10 days to get here and the box was all beat up! Thank you to whom ever at FedEx that re-taped the box!
