Had what I was looking for when no one else did! Getting it packed and shipped out took longer than I expected but will order again.

Good company but subscribe and save is complicated to use and change orders.

This is the first time I used pet flow because I couldn't find the specialty prescription only product I wanted on another site. They didn't have it either but they did have a good substitute and it was easy to order and delivery was prompt.

Kitty litter came unhurt however the canned food gets bumped around and dented

Everything went great with the ordering and the items. The box was pretty damaged which I think was the postal service.

The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because of the no discounts rule on Fromm products. Fromm offers an 11th bag free program that I’m also not privy to any longer using PetFlow. So no free bag, and no discounts like all of your other customers. Work that out and we will get that 5 on board.
