Pet Flow offers high quality products not found from chain chain retailers. The site is easy to use and even offers Auto Refill Shipping if you decide the products are right for for you. If ordering a certain amount shipping is free. Our last shipment did take linger than expected but it over fell over the holidays so will see how long it takes next time. I will be monitoring the quality of the food as compared to what I received in the same brand from a different retailer but so far pet Flow works for our family. A few dollars more and it does add up with premium foods.

Petflow is great but their shipping carrier Fedex needs serious improvements. Shipment was delayed and to make matters worse delivered to the wrong address. Took constant phone calls to get the dog food.

I love pet flow but for one small thing: the autoship has to be cancelled by calling or emailing. Other sites let you do it online and having to answer questions about why I’m canceling makes me not want to go through the hassle in the future.

I love that you deliver when promised, but your company is not as competitive as it used to be as far as pricing.

Great product and timely shipping. Would be better if I didn’t have to pay sales tax and/or received discount on auto ship? Apparently the Orijen dog food I buy doesn’t qualify for the 15% discount...can buy product locally for almost same price.

Love the site. I would like to to be more mobile friendly. In addition to more toys and accessories (crates, brushes, etc.).

Great prices and product selection. We switched to Pet Flow when Chewy was bought out by Petsmart and stopped carrying some of the brands we prefer. Pet Flow doesn't ship quite as quickly as Chewy, but my only real complaint is that we've had several orders in which the cans were damaged so badly that they were unusable because they were poorly packed. To their credit, Pet Flow's customer service has been very accommodating, but it has continued to happen. Hopefully their shipping department will get the resources they need to make improvements.
