I did not appreciate that free shipping came at $50 and what I ordered was $49.99. Seems like a setup to me.

My order was cancelled without notice due to availability. But the company still charged my card, even without shipment. If not for checking on the status of the order by myself, I would not have known and I would have run out of dog food. They did give me a $10 credit for the inconvenience.

I have 4 dogs at basically 4 separate stages in life and needed an affordable easy option for purchasing their food. The nearest "pet store" is 85 miles away. I purchased 3 types of one brand of dog chow that i hadn't used before. I am trying to feed my animals as healthily as possible. Unfortunately 2 of the dogs didn't like the food I purchased and even more unfortunately PetFlow does not accept returns so i had to trash 2 bags of chow. Had I made the 85 mile drive to PetSmart they would have refunded the purchase and I would have bought something else. I have to return to shopping at PetSmart

Doesn't follow directions, they were told not to ship until the following week. The items got wet during the heavy rainstorm

I love the products and service. However, it is next to impossible to change an automatic program without calling customer service. I may want to cancel a program or substitute one brand for another.

So when I order I really am happy mostly~ but not this last time ! 20 sticks 2 are 12" ? I thought I was ordering all 12" ones 18 of them measure from 7 to 10" my Rottweiler isn't allowed to eat the last couple inches of these because she'll swallow them so she leaves them on the floor ! So I'm just not able to take that much away these are costing me to much !I'm looking for another outlet to buy from ~ Cadet used to always be trust worthy What Happened ~ :(
