The one item that I wanted that was instock when I ordered it was left out of my order and I was later informed that the item has been discontinued, then why was it available online for me to purchase when I placed my order?? One of the other items I bought just because it was a good price was not working when my package arrived. I notified PetFlow and was told they were sending out a replacement item, but I still have yet to receive the item.

Navigation on Amazon & other sites make it apparent how to check order & cancel. petflow's site makes it extremely difficult to do either. I'm not one to cancel orders but the tax & shipping date did not readily appear upon submitting my credit card. this makes a consumer like me uneasy. I need order info., tax rate & cancellation options to be easygoing find (they are unavailable on petflow's site). I need a "pro- consumer" feel (like amazon is) for peace of mind when buying on line.

I frequently have to follow up with prescription orders with peflow. Last time I ordered, I was told I would no longer need to provide prescription information as I had ordered the same food multiple times through the website. But now, 2 weeks after ordering, my petflow order is still hung up. Worst part is that the company provides no status update indicating that things are not proceeding as expected. Very poor service!

Please tell me why I have not received my order?

We just got a new kitty after always having dogs. So went a little crazy ordering toys for the new addition. One of the items had a lot of feathers that ended up all over my rug. Didn't last long. Another of the items needed batteries. Put in new batteries and it did not work. There was no packing slip with my order. Will not purchase anything again. Hate the hassle of returning things and not having instructions make it worse. Will buy this stuff at brick and mortar stores.

We ordered the Canine Caviar buffalo bully sticks to hand out to people who adopt dogs from our organization. We ordered sixty and when they arrived they were not individually wrapped as your web site photo showed. We sent them back and received the same wrong order. When we called again, we were told that the individually wrapped ones are sent first and when they run out the unwrapped ones are sent. The attitude was "what's the problem - it's the same product". We cannot give out unwrapped and unlabeled products to people. How are they to know what we are giving them? We sent back the order a second time and are really unhappy that you are still using the photo of the individually wrapped bully sticks in your ad. We have 600 people in our organization who are now being told not to go to Petflow.

Normally I receive my orders quickly so I assumed the most recent order would be no different. Money is very tight right now and Petflow had a great price on my dog's food so I placed my order because I needed food in a hurry and the site said that it would ship that day. 2 days later and I was still waiting for the ship confirmation and then it finally came. When I went online to track my order (because now things are in "emergency" state), I found out that it was being shipped from the East Coast! WTH?! Now? During the "Polar Vortex?! Each day the "anticipated delivery date" kept getting pushed out farther (now it's anticipated to be 7 days until I get the dog food). When I contacted customer service I was told that they didn't have stock in the NV warehouse so, instead, they shipped it from New York! I'm in CA!! I was never given this information up front because I would have cancelled my order had I been given a choice. Unless you live under a rock, everyone knows that the East Coast is experiencing weather delays! I needed food ASAP!! Instead of being able to save money this month, I have now had to spend DOUBLE the amount because of very poor practices/decisions at Petflow. Additionally, the "customer service" rep said that he added a 10% credit to my account to be used on future purchases! Really?!?! Absolutely clueless! I want my ENTIRE order refunded!! Petflow has everything to learn where customer service is concerned. They completely missed the point and they've lost my business.

I have mixed feelings about this site and have recently stopped ordering my dog food from them due to a recent incident with an order. On the positive side, they get their orders out fast and I've always received things faster than I would have expected. All the prompts to sign up for a recurring order when you buy dog food drive me crazy. I get that that's how they make more money, but the user experience is lousy. With respect to the recent order I had a problem with, I had bought my dog a box of individually wrapped Greenies joint care treats. I didn't get around to giving them treats until awhile after I'd placed the order - but the treats were still not past their expiry date. Midway through the pack I peeled back the foil to the treat and discovered WORMS! I was horrified that there might have been worms hidden in the treats I'd given her earlier. I contacted PetFlow and was told that since the order was placed outside of their return window there was nothing they could do. Not exactly the response I was expecting. Eventually they gave me a $10 credit to use on a future order, but in my opinion they were missing the point. And they've since lost my business.
