Company posts items that are out of stock online as if they are in stock. When you place an order they take your money but don't ship or otherwise indicate the item was on backorder. While this is a horrible business practice in itself it's particularly unethical when you have a pet that needs special food for its health. They don't care that you'll run out of food and wait an undetermined amount of time to get you the food your dog or cat needs to live. There are many places online that handle this properly so take your business elsewhere.

KEPT ON SENDING ME AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER

I ordered cat food for my old cat and first I was informed cat food was in stock then I was informed only one case - then about a week later after I keep thinking case should be here any day was informed they did not have the case of cat food, were now out of stock and could expect full refund

Second time I ordered something from this place that after placing order they claim they are out of something. My dogs really like the beef tendons so I only wanted to order them but they had sale going on if spend over $149 you save $25 so I purposely ordered extra items. Came back and $6 item they said was no longer available so they took off that charge, but knocked my order down to less than the $149. So even though my email confirmation showed my total that I would be billed would be $136 they charged $157 and refused to put the money back on my card. 100% illegal. They also take forever to ship. Two weeks when petco and chewy both take two days. They said they would credit me the $25 to my account, which just means I am forced to purchase something else from them. Still say it’s illegal to charge credit card more than what the invoice was but guess that’s how petflow stays in business by ripping people off.

I have five dogs and the only reason why I ordered from here was because chewy had this item out of stock for a while now. The food smelled different than usual and made my dogs very sick. Sick to the pointed one had to go to emergency because she was throwing up blood and had bloody stool. I am so upset and want to speak to whom ever owns this company! I need my money back for the order I placed! Because on top of all that I have a very large vet bill.

I ordered 10 days ago. Have called the company twice to find out why it wasn’t shipped yet. They kept telling me it was coming from the warehouse. FedEx says label printed but have not received it yet. They definitely need to work the quirks out of their communication within and outside the company.

Half the cat food cans were dented. This way my third time I ordered from this company and three times I asked for package to be delivered on back porch. All three times Fed ex left on front steps. Very disappointing !!!

Lies don’t help a Company. Use Chewy because Petflow lies about making phone calls to your vet to verify prescriptions. If you don’t have time for my pet, I won’t have time for purchases with you. Get it together.
