PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I placed an order for Orijen dog food - two types. I had the order delivered within 48 hours to my front door, which I really appreciate because I don't like to stockpile dog food just in case I run out. Once my dogs have fully switched to Orijen, I am planning to begin autoship to make things even easier. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is Pet Flow did not carry Orijen original or Original Large Puppy in bags smaller than 13.5 pounds when I first placed my order Other than that, my experience has been excellent!

Former happy Chewy customer but they no longer carry Orijen dog food. Orijen provided PetFlow link (among other links) as new source for their food. PetFlow appears to be a good new source with a few differences thus far. I have to plan a minimum of 5-6 days for home delivery. Previously Chewy products were delivered within 2-3 days (including Sundays) which was fantastic. PetFlow food pricing was consistent with previous source. Monthly I purchase a daily arthritic supplement and found pricing to be different. Previous cost was 49.99 and Petflow cost is $55.99. Since old vendor ships for free for +$49 or more I will continue to source them. Did contact PetFlow directly and provided them customer feedback . Representative assured me she would direct my feedback to appropriate individual/department. Note: we have two dogs.

The last delivery I received had quite a few damaged cans. Not just small dents but large dents to the point I was worried about the contents. The package it was delivered in was fine so I deduct this was done at the place of origin. This is the first time the cans were in this bad a condition. I also buy enough food at a time to last almost a month. After I order, I get an email for a discount that expires before I need more food. This is not right. I like that they have the food I need for my kitty. She is on a restricted diet. I will continue shopping at PetFlow.

Great pricing and great product but it took a solid week to deliver, so long in fact that I ran out of food 2 days before it even arrived. Had to buy a 2nd bag from a pet food store.

I am a new user of Pet Flow, as Chewy no longer carries my brand of dog food. So far they are very responsive to placement of orders. My first order was delivered very quickly, in the time frame I have come to expect, the second was not so fast. I will reserve judgement as I place more orders. There are a couple of items that Pet Flow doesn't carry that if they did, it would make things much easier for me.

Product good, service good. Never get a discount coupon I can use.

Not as fast as Chewy who no longer carries my brand Arcana. Chewy still #1 with me despite being bought by one of the big companies. Same fab customer service as before.

no issues with my orders
