First of all was disappointed because it said 20% off and then after order I discovered it was for Royal Canin- you need to be more specific what is on sale the RC didnt clue me in. 2nd I ordered the Fromm because I had heard its supposed to be healthy but the kibble is super small and I have a boxer and she keeps choking on it even though she isnt eating that fast ( I do watch). Disappointing, dog food is expensive and any sale is helpful as Im a senior .

I'm used to Amazon 2-day shipping and having to wait a week for my dogs food is a bit slow. I'll either have to order sooner, or go with Amazon if I need it quick.

Selection is great, website fairly easy to use. Was drawn to promo that helped meet cost of nearby pet stores and with free delivery was grateful. At checkout there was never a question for security code on my card, so really anyone could very easily use my card online. Prefer satisfaction of that extra step in security. Called to report, person said they would get right on it and find out. Haven't heard from them since except to offer a chance to order more. Order shipped quickly. Box a little lightweight for three cases of cat food but tape held enough keep carton closed.

My order was well packaged, shipped quickly but the shipping company did not bring the heavy boxes to my door of my apartment. They left them at the management office, didn't try to deliver at my door, left no notice at my door either. I have a very bad back and had to get someone to get them from the office to my apartment. If they don't come to my door, I am no longer using Petflow. The reason I order from them is the packages used to come to my door at a previous address. Lazy shipping company can't bring them to my door...does me no good!

The friction is that after only 1 visit to this site, and 1 order, the emails started and have not stopped. I am going to look for my product on other sites.

Price was right, service was excellent, but beware of the 2 to 3 emails you will get from them daily... yes daily. Complete overkill.

Fedex over my way is rather poor & mangled the box till they had to re-tape the package to hold it together. /eek

The personnel @ PetFlow were very pleasant but some communication was missing between them & the pharmacy which caused confusion and resulted in a delay of 4 weeks to fill my order.
