Your site said my dog food was in stock and would ship on December 7th. On December 14th i had to call and wait on hold only to find out that they had no idea when it would ship because it was backordered. 3 days later, they canceled the order. My dog is on prescription food and we were almost out. Your should have known that the food was not available. Or, when you found out, you should have contacted me. I wasted 10 days waiting on the food that I thought would come! When the order was canceled, we had to figure something else out or the dog would have run out. That is unacceptable. i will NOT use your site ever again.

I ordered a 26 lb bag of Royal Canin Hepatic Dry Dog food. I called to provide the prescription information 1 day later and was assured the delivery was on it's way. 1 week later when I called back to find out the order status, I was informed it was on back order. We're looking forward to receiving our puppy food which was highly recommended to us. Unfortunately, Pet Flow chooses to ship through Fed Ex. We asked for a Monday delivery, received a message from Fed Ex saying it would arrive on the Saturday instead. We were in town 2 hours away for doctor appointments; made the effort to arrive home early for our puppy food which didn't arrive. Then we received a message from Fed Ex saying they would deliver our puppy food on Tuesday. When I got up this morning, my Fed Ex account stated it would be here, today, Monday, after all. This is now our second day of staying at home for our puppy food. When it didn't arrive, we reached out to a contact at Fed Ex who tried to help us. Received a call from her, a most efficient person, who stated to us our puppy food had been put on the wrong truck, arrived in the wrong city and 1 bag had been punctured and only 1/3 of it remained. We will now be spending a 3rd day at home, waiting for our 1 1/3 bag of puppy food and will have to contact Pet Flow tomorrow to see about a refund for 1 bag. Pretty sad introduction to a puppy food we were excited to try for our new pup.

Always have had an issue with orders. I switched to chewy!!

Still have not received my order.

It will be 12 days tomorrow since I ordered the prescription dog food (needed vet approval which they did within 2 days of ordering), but still have not received the food. Maybe Covid is affecting the shipping, but just glad that we had some extra because the poor dog would have been starving!

I ordered two cases of Science Diet dog food. I never got shipment information. I emailed and was told my shipment would go out ASAP and I would get a 10.00 credit. I still never received shipment information. I found the dog food elsewhere. I emailed again to cancel my order. I was told I would get a refund. The refund has not posted to my credit card yet. Will not use this company again.

PetFlow was the only company I found my dog’s prescription dog food in stock and I was so excited to order it. Unfortunately, I was unable to add my vet’s phone number and address into their online information scroll down on their website, and it kept saying they could not locate my vet even though I’ve been taking my dog there for 15 years. So, I tried calling and addressed my concerns and gave the correct info, and waited for the response that my vet had been contacted, order accepted and payment processed. When I didn’t get a confirmation I called again, only to find out they were trying to contact the wrong vet. Ok, simple mistake, rectified that, so I thought, and waited for the confirmation of the order for the second time. Called back again and it was, rinse, repeat. They were still trying to contact the wrong vet even though I was verbally telling them so and THIS time they assured me they were going to contact the correct vet. Again, no confirmation, again still incorrect information on file, won’t call my vet, so I had to cancel my order because of simple incompetence. The prices are competitive, but the website and customer service has a “0” rating for me. I really cannot recommend until they improve customer service and improve their website.
