I have never had such an unsatisfactory experience with an online purchase! The only reason I placed an order was because they were the only company that listed the availability of the item I needed. Turns out they didn't have it either and continued to send info that items were being shipped and then canceled and then shipped Many conflicting and confusing emails and no product. ( Only another product that I purchased to get free shipping on the item I wanted)

I have been in contact with you for over a week and a half. I only received half of my order. When I contacted customer service they said they saw that only half had shipped so the second part of the shipment was sent 12/15 and I still have not received it. Nobody can seem to find a tracking number, yet you still charged me for it so I will be disputing this with my bank. I will never order from your company again

I initially was really thrilled to have found a place that carries a certain pet food I wanted to have my dog try. I placed an order for a regular food order only to realize after, the brand carries a "large breed" version, which is more fitting for my dogs. I contacted the company to see if could change it and was told the item was already shipping out and the changes couldn't be made. But I was assured my future orders on auto ship would be correct. After 2 days of receiving my initial order, I got sent another order with the correct items and charged. Which is weird since I understood this was not supposed to happen for another 2 months. I was able to return it but the process was a hassle and then ultimately, the shipping fee was deducted from my refund which is upsetting to me when it was on the company's misunderstanding. I'm disappointed to have to say it was my first time trying this company and also my last. I love their mission statement, but my interactions and experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Placed the order December 12, received confirmation that it would ship on December 14. When still no delivery by December 20th, checked on order & learned that FedEx pickup had JUST HAPPENED ON THE 20th...too early to even get shipping info. Today the 23rd is almost over...still no product. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. Will never shop PetFlow again. This was for in-stock DOGFOOD. Nothing exotic.

THE MOST GOD AWFUL COMPANY ON THE PLANET. DELAYED MY DOG FOOD SHIPMENT AND A PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MORON WITH PETFLOW CONTACTED FEDEX TO SEND THE FOOD BACK TO THEM AND NOT SHIP TO ME. JUST THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST. RUN DONT WALK !!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t do this mistake buying with them. Very delayed shipping, don’t refund you to your credit card and sent another shipping to the wrong address.

I won't go within a country mile of this company again. It took me two sends of the food prescription for it to acknowledge receipt. Then I heard nothing for several days. A service rep said she'd check with the prescription department and get back to me later that day; she never did. I asked, given the delay and the urgency of our need for the food, that it be given expedited shipping. Hah! It may arrive tomorrow, which means our dog has been without the only food she's supposed to eat for two weeks. Feh!
