Pet flow has great products, however in trying to order other items I noticed on a few occasions they are out of stock on things, causing me to buy elsewhere.

The only thing I do not like about Petflow is that you cannot cancel an auto-ship order online. You have to call a number. You can substitute items in your auto-ship but you cannot cancel it. Also, I would appreciate an email stating that my auto-ship is going to ship in a few days so I would know ahead of time. Otherwise I am happy with the company.

I had a good experience with my first time order. I ordered Metabolic cat food and it was shipped within 2 days which was quicker than normal.

See if you can get a deeper discount on Fromm Dog Food and tell them to make their bags resealable. I hate duct taping an open bag. Otherwise , the service is great. The product is always fresh.

I like the fact you offer quality products for our pets at a good price but delivery could be a little faster.

I liked my entire experience with Petflow except that you only ship via FedEx. None of my money will go to FedEx, if you offered a different shipping option then I’d buy again but I had to go elsewhere for my last order. —Keith

The products I ordered were delivered very quickly and without problems. One of the products I ordered were dog treats and I was a little disappointed because half of the bag was crushed and crumbled. I've gotten this brand before in stores, and have not had the problem.

I came to PetFlow because they carry the brand dog food of Fromm. Also PetFlow has snacks and treats my dogs love. I like that they give back to rescues.
