The representative said after 10 days that something was wrong with their computer, but now I have to go to the vet to buy more food since I still don't have it.

I got what I thought were some good deals on your site, until the box came and I found out I'd spent to much money for my dogs not to like your products! I bought a variety of things and spent close to $60, thinking I'd be set on dog treats for awhile. I bought stuff I knew they loved (you carried it in different brands though) and tried some new things. It took quite a bit of coaxing to get them to eat one of the treats that they normally love ( chicken jerkey) and they never would eat the other, that they normally gobble up. (duck jerkey) They liked 1 of the new things I got them and that was it. My dogs are spoiled, so I thought that might be part of the problem. I gave some of the treats that my dogs wouldn't eat,to my son, to see if his dogs would eat them. They rarely get treats and gobble up anything you give them, except for your dog treats. They wouldn't eat them either. I gave some to a neighbor to try and had the same results. I would like to suggest to you that you make up some sort of sample offer, that way people don't waste a lot of money trying to find what their dog will like. I can't afford to shop with you again, when I have to throw most of it away.

I thought the price for the bags I ordered was $117, but when the follow-up email arrived it said $123. next day I get an email saying I have one day to use a $4.95 credit? The bags arrived a day late, with a hole in the box and a hole in the one bag. I will have to decide whether Petflow is the cheapest provider of the brand I feed my dog, and whether I want to chance another delivery arriving damaged. Deliveryman was very friendly, and I appreciated the fact that he told me my order was not in his van from the warehouse the day before when he was here at the farm. Bullysticks were the thinnest I have ever seen. My Ridgeback chewed through one in about 2 minutes, when the 'normal' sized ones takes him about 25 minutes.

Royal Canin now adds hydrolyzed soy to its venison and rabbit prescription dry dog foods. The formula change has not been updated on Petflow's ingredients lists. I ordered the rabbit formula based on Petflow's list of ingredients not knowing the formula had been changed by Royal Canin. My dog would not eat the food. Soy caused bloat in my dog and gave him gut ache. Petflow would not honor the 100% guarantee on Royal Canin dog food. I had to contact manufacturer, submit my receipt and UPC code, and wait 4-6 weeks for my refund while Petflow kept my $90.99. I most likely will not buy dog food from this website again.

never got an email stating that cat food was not available had to call to find out where our scheduled delivery was. took two weeks to get food

I didn't get everything I purchased, so I am not sure I will recommend or use your company again....
