Your rep was very, very helpful when I experienced a delivery problem with a new address. I would have given 5 stars but I occasionally have experienced problems in the past with figuring out how to manage recurring orders. Maybe you have fixed those now as I have not had one of those for over a year, so take it with a grain of salt.

The customer service was great, but wouldn't have needed it if the correct item had been sent with the first order.

Fast service. My only reason for giving 4 instead of five stars was because when I ordered small breed puppy food by nutrisource in the smallest bag I received turkey and whitefish instead of the chicken and rice formula. Other than that, everything about my order was great! I will be ordering again.
