The led lights are not good around water, I wished I was warned first. because now I'm stuck paying for something she wore one day. Not a happy camper 1.) Pink Collar with Pink Stripe LED Lights 2.) Blue Safety Harness 3.) 12 LED Pet Safety Lights - Make your pets visible! (Video Available) I have a creek behind my house that my dog Drama loves to play in was not aware they were not water proof it would have been nice to know before ordering. what about when it rains and your dog is out side using the rest room or when bending over to get a drink of water and the led light falls in? Other than the led light Iteams I am a very pleased customer and will still shop with pet flow for other things just a very unhappy customer money wasted. was wondering if I could send the Items back and recieve a credit ?

It takes too long to get the item.

I purchase 2 led lights to put on my dogs collars at night when I walk them. They were really cute but, when I put them on neither worked. I would send them back but, the postage would be more then the cost. I guess you get what you pay for. The sad part is the original price is definitely to high. This would have been something I expected to purchase at the dollar store. The dog food was fine. It was what I ordered. but, now I keep getting calls about auto delivery. If I wanted that I would have signed up for it. I don't believe I will be dealing with this company anymore.

I get 1-2 emails a day from you people. It makes me not to want to do any business with y'all.

I can't give much of a recommendation at this point because I still haven't received my order. This is the one thing that bothers me the most is that it seems like it takes way to long whenever I order anything from here. I know the delivery agent can't get it here any faster if they don't have possession of the order. I would truly like to see an improvement in this regard. I am at the point where I may be looking for my items through other companies.

I ordered several items. When the package arrived, it was a rainy day and Fed Ex left the cardboard box on my steps out in the rain. I called Pet Flow to let them know. The lady on the phone was very nice. Since this was my first order from Pet Flow, I just got a sampling of items to decide if I would use them again. I have 8 dogs and one cat. I ordered 4 collar lights in clear/white which were on sale. I bought 2 pink, 2 red, and 2 blue lights also. I ordered chew sticks and pig ears too. One of the pink lights did not work at all, one of the clear lights worked for all of 4 minutes, one of the red lights had a bent clip so it could not open or clip on the dogs collar. The pig ears were not whole, they were halved and so thin even my dog who only has one tooth in her mouth was able to eat them. This is not a very positive review and I won't be ordering from Pet Flow again. I guess I was looking for items that were a good deal for the price and a bit higher quality than what I got. I can buy my stiff from Dollar Tree or Walmart and get better than what I got.

I ordered prescription food for my dog, which the website indicated should take roughly 4 business days to arrive. The product did not even ship for well over a week, and then took another 5 days to deliver. Needless to say, my dog had run out of food by then and I had to search desperately to find a local supplier so that my dog's allergies, which are very serious and expensive to treat, would not reactivate. When I emailed customer service well after the product should have arrived, they only indicated that "extra time was needed to contact the vet and verify the prescription". By that time, Petflow had my order for over a week. I am very disappointed at their lack of customer service on such an essential item as a prescription food.

First nothing happened. I called and was told that there was a computer problem with the company that does prescription food. Several days later I checked the order and it said that the order had shipped. Then I received an email that my vet had not responded. I cancelled my order. I don't have time for terrible service.
