I have only purchase fro PetFlow once and the experience was very good. Shipping cost was very reasonable.

Pros: Better selection than other competitors eg Orijen, Acana, a few others. Similar prices. Free shipping is similar to others. Does not sell products that inflict pain on pets (Zak George sponsored) . Discount on Auto Ship. Cons: Have to call to cancel auto ship. Bought cat food pouches, cat did not like and was 8 pouches in a box but used one pouch, could not get refund, was sent shipping label for unopened boxes. Competitor just refunded and was refunded and was told to donate unused pouches. 13 hour phone support vs competitor 24/7 phone support.

Just can;t seem to purchase a toy or chew that my 13.9 lb King Charles Cavalier doesn't destroy. You would think she an 80 lb dog. I keep on needing to return or call and get it replaces. UGH...

I love how fast and efficient the purchase and delivery is however, there are never ever any discounts or coupons on Orijen products.

Reliable. Deducted one star because they didn't send a reminder email prior to my auto ship being shipped, as Chewy does. I would have changed my order. Chewy no longer carries the food I feed my dogs.

The boxes that come are falling apart. We would appreciate it if the didnt come all tattered so that i know my items are safe

Couldn't find and estimated delivery date - like 2 day or 3 ect. so had no idea when product would arrive, thank goodness I was home when it came. Thank you
