The first order was delivered to front porch. It is roped off but they put it there anyway. A snow storm came with 6" snow. This is for my mother who is 86 n unable to get to the front porch. I called n they sent another deliver n took the other package back. We live 100 miles away n went to visit her n on the front porch is her dog food. The porch is roped off this time the rope was cut😤 Also the label said back porch delivery. You may consider another carrier. We have it taped off n signs no delivery on front porch.

Ripped packages

I only received half of my order with no explanation why. Had to call and the other half was being sent out of Vet Source which was closed for a few days due to the storm. I cancelled the order as I ran out of the dry food and had to drive to my Vet office to purchase it there. Very annoying and inconvenient. And this is not the first time my order has been delayed due to one of the items not being in stock.

The customer service is outstanding. My problem is with their choice of shipping. 12 days for an Rx to arrive is just too long. Instead of using regular UPS, they use UPS Innovations which ships to your local post office where it sits for 4 extra days before being delivered. I would happily have paid a few extra dollars to have UPS or a FedEx deliver right to my door in few days had I known regular delivery would take 12 days.

Your bully sticks are not as high a quality as pawstrucks are. Takes my dog 1 hour to chew up a 5 inch pawstruck bully stick & only 30 minutes to chew up a 6 inch bully stick from you. However in fairness pawstrucks are about 60 cents more expensive than yours.

Call and you get a very friendly very real person. The human aspect of this animal supplier has kept me coming back. I struggle with the fact that the food I buy from them is often excluded from their coupon offers. It is very disappointing to be sent an offer only to be denied the savings upon attempting to redeem. The staff was very friendly in explaining to me that they could not do anything to ease my frustration. I appreciate the friendly nature of the customer service though am still searching for another source for my speciality food that will honor their advertised specials.

They keep sending ads stating they have such and such a sale just to get you on their site once there you'll find it's all a farass.

Though the overall outcomes have been positive and petflow has ultimately done a good job by the end of the problem I still write them as very average based on the fact that every time I have an issue which has been almost every order so far, there's delays of almost days sometimes and response times had they been sooner to take action on some of these issues those problems could have been resolved immediately
