Arrived on time but bad packaging
Food was as I ordered by when delivered the whole package it was contained in was cut open and the food almost fell out. Not the best when it's a 33lb bag of dog food.

Customer Service on online orders and resolving online order problems (missed orders) need a little more work.

I ordered collars for my dogs. One completely broke within an hour or so and the other just fell apart within a few hours. The bully sticks were good tho.

My order took 11 days to arrive after I placed the order. I placed an order for a prescription food and I called VetSource to clarify how I could send the prescription. As recommended, I had my vet call VetSource to verify the Rx on the same morning I placed the order. I called VetSource a couple days later when I still had not heard that my order had shipped and they said that my vet would have to call again because my order was not linked to the Rx because of how quickly my vet called. I still did not hear anything about a shipment for a couple days and I called PetFlow. I was told that the order HAD shipped and should arrive in a day or so. The phone was very scratchy and I could barely hear the representative. In fact, my order had NOT yet shipped as I finally received a shipping notice a week after I had placed my order. I was assured that with an Rx on file, next time should go a lot more smoothly.

Bad customer relations

The service you use for the presciptions screwed up my order and i had to call three different times and keep calling my vet. Very poor customer service. You need to change providers.

I was curious to try PetFlow as a supplier for my cat's prescription food. I have ordered from other online pet food outlets previously, but PetFlow offered a flavor that was unavailable through my usual supplier, so I decided to give PetFlow a shot; kitty likes variety. I was encouraged by the fact that prices across both suppliers (PetFlow.com and Chewy.com) were exactly the same and that both websites offered, "fast, free shipping." Both websites also required authorization from my Veterinarian prior to order fulfillment. This is where I began to notice differences between the two aforementioned companies. I have placed four orders through Chewy.com, each time for the same product: a hypoallergenic cat food which is available with a prescription only. Each time, the Veterinary authorization was completed either the same day the order was placed or the following day, and the product was delivered the third day after the order was placed. With my recent order from PetFlow.com, however, it took over a week to complete the verification process, and as of the time of this writing (twelve days after the order was placed), I still have not received the order, nor have I received word of it being packed and shipped. While this is certainly not the most dire situation--I was able to pick up a can or two of prescription food locally--the inconvenience it has caused me will certainly make me reconsider using PetFlow.com as a supplier for my cat's food in the future, especially in light of the fact that I can get a similar product, for the same price, much faster from another purveyor.
