Generally excellent service but price for Orijen a bit high. Last delivery took three, not usual one to two, days to arrive.

I have no issues with orders or deliveries; it's very reliable and timely. The only issue I have with PetFlow is that once a program is set up, it's impossible to cancel it without calling the company (i.e., the website doesn't offer that option). It's easy to postpone deliveries, though, which is a plus.

Shipping could be quicker

Food options are great -- Prices are comparable to other sites as well. Jst wish you'd accept coupons for my dog's food (Fromm) -

They had a great turn around time on shipping the dog food but they increased the price by $7 over the last couple months.

Average experience.

Easy transaction. Since it was a prescription food, it took a little longer than expected. May have been do to getting ok from vet.

I have had problems on the past, but this transaction was accurate.
