I used them for food for my first pet and it was quick. This time I used them for another pet. Took 10 days to get the food. Called them twice for updates. No follow up was given even though it was promised. Third time I called to cancel order due to how long it took. Next day got email that order had shipped any way and was charged for order. At that point didn't really need it but didn't want to call a fourth time.

Took far too long to be in receipt of Rx order, plus very poor tracking info. If...."if" I ever order again from PetFlow, I'll need to make absolutely certain I give myself a minimum two (2) weeks leeway. Can't afford to run out of meds.

Just ok prices. I shop here because they have PayPal and the dog food I wanted to try. Fast delevery and free shipping for the amount I purchased was great. I will shop there again. I would like to see more discounts from them. Hard to find even 10% off.

Order did not come next day as the ad received in mail said it would and as the estimated delivery after order advised. Also FedEx was used for the delivery who has poor customer service to begin with.

The service is fine. The online order management is better than it used to be. Shipments arrive as requested. I do not appreciate the flimsy discount code process. I do not feel that items where discount applies (or don't) are called out well and you don't find out that the discount code has disappeared from your cart until the moment you hit submit. I do not trust your "discounts". I also don't appreciate repeated emails to sign up for an account when I'm already a member.

Generally, the service is good, but the company offers only one delivery method: FEDEX Home Delivery. Not all customers have their orders delivered to their residence. If an order is to be delivered to a business address, FEDEX Home Delivery should NOT be used. Deliveries get delayed and do not arrive on time. PetFlow should offer its customers other delivery options so these annoying delays don't occur. I am very hesitant to order from PetFlow again. Since I am ordering prescription cat food, I have little choice.
