I’m a new customer. I was impressed by how fast they shipped my order. But one item wasn’t what I ordered. Phone customer support was great and they sent out the right food right away. Great people

No problems with Pet Flow. Shipments received in a timely manner.

Had some stuff that I didn’t even know about, but theirs no or very little raw with the bones or organs. Wes Moore was hoping for more options like dehydrated canned broth powder refrigerated

Arrived much sooner than expected. Good service.

I had issues with the shipping boxes breaking open. I would love a better quality shipping box like other companies use. I would also like to be able to cancel my autoship without having to call or email Petflo. The customer service people are always great but I would prefer the convenience of more control over my account.

So far so good. Food shipments are timely and reasonably priced.
