You seem to have a variety of good products, but wish your prices was a little better. Also it takes a little long for delivery. When I need something faster I order from amazon.

Assistants are friendly. Unfortunately my order was shipped to my old address. But they made it good by shipping my food to the correct address within 2 days I got it.

You do an excellent job filling my order and promptly shipping it.

I never receive an update when our dated orders (8 bags) our shipped via email. My out of the country cell does not appear to receiving your texts. That is if you are sending them. Very important to know when shipment will arrive.

I think that this is a great site to get dog food and all my puppies needs, but ... it makes my crazy the accuracy of the shipment date, the notification after the purchase is always wrong. Twice l had to rush to buy food at a pet store because I was notified that my shipment was due to arrive in 4, 5 and six days but in fact I did get it the next day.
