Mr Chewy has faster delivery

Delivered very quickly. However, one item, some of the contents inside was smashed and it was crumbs instead of whole pieces. Not sure if this happened in the factory or during delivery as the other food was perfectly fine.

Product selection and pricing are superb! Best available on-line. However, packaging is a consistent problem for me. I buy 40# litter (x2), 12-can cat food, 40# Fromm dog kibble, 5# Fromm cat kibble (x2), Fromm dog treats, and the two box packaging Always is in shambles by the time it reaches my door. C.S. has extend a credit, but I would appreciate them using more boxes with less product inside. I do like PetFlow and will continue to shop with them!

Wish I knew that the ground shipping would take a week and a half!

So far so good. Haven't had to use customer service, so I guess that's good. Have worked out really well for ordering food and treats for my dog.

Good prices and fast shipping.

Would give you 5 stars but it takes 4 to 5 days to get the food...

Very happy with the service and shipping. Only thing I am not a fan of is how difficult it is to change auto ship dates. The minimum is two week intervals so I have to double up every now and then to keep two hungry boxers in food. When I change one date it changes them all. I never had that issue with Chewy's. I had to switch to Petflow as my brand wasn't carried anymore.
