Ordered several bottles of shampoo which is the best but one bolt left leaked throughout the entire package.

While I like shopping on Petflow I regret that shipping time frame extended from 48h to more than week. Also coupons received every 2 days in my email are most of the time not usable since 99% of the time it does not apply on food - or at least the one I buy.

My order qualified for free shipping but when I applied the 30% discount that was offered for auto orders, shipping was added back on. I know it was because the discount brought down my order total so it didn't qualify for free shipping. Taking the discount wasn't worth it. I took the 20% discount and got free shipping and didn't sign up for auto orders. If you offer a discount, there shouldn't be any hitches.

I started using petflow because I had a hard time getting my new vet to carry my dog's prescription food when I moved to a new city. When I first started using petflow, there were always coupons and it was great! Sadly, after a year or so the "anything from our site" coupons were no longer eligible on my brand and the prices seem to be slowly rising. I am aware that there is a discount for the auto-ship program, but I do not feel comfortable signing up for it with a geriatric dog.

Website was easy to use though and ordering very easy.

I bought with a 25%discount but doubt I'll buy at regular price because I think their regular price is higher that pet store's

I order canned food and about every other ship it ends up with a number of cans damaged and bent. I like the reliability and the timeliness of Petflow. but they need to work on a better way to ship can food so it doesn't arrive damaged.

Received a mailer stating that I would receive 1-day delivery since my zip code was in the area that received the mailer. My order took 2 days to arrive. Prices (without Promo Code) are higher than competition's.
