Much thinner bully sticks than last time Ordered bully sticks here before and they were great. Ordered the same 6" bully sticks and they're considerably thinner this time. My miniature dachshunds won't take long at all to eat through this supply of 60 and I'll be looking elsewhere for the quality of the ones I received with my first order from here.

They don't make it really easy to do business with them when it comes to coupon codes and sales. The sales or coupon codes are SO specific to very specific brands and types of products. They may include all these details in the fine print so as not to be totally misleading, but it leaves the customer feeling like they just really don't care if you shop with them or not.

I will often not order my dog treats because they are often so broken up they are dust. I also have a big problem on how I receive my regular dog food. I have a large bag of food and a case of wet food shipped in every 3 week. I often get shipments with very little packing the cans can slide around a crush the dry food. I have even also received wet food cans that were so crushed they were busted open. I have written complaints in the past. And asked to ship my dry food and wet food in different boxes. I really like Petflow. Customer service always takes care of any issues. Price matches my local store and the convince of having food shipped in great. I would like to be able to spend more money with Petflow and add in my dog treats but don't want to deal with the crushed product.

My purchase was a great deal, but it is taking forever for it to arrive. My dogs ran out of food this morning, so the savings I gained on this purchase will be lost due to the fact that I have to go buy an "emergency" bag of food from the local pet store.

My issue was not resolved the way customer service person had indicated it would be. I need to now follow up yet again.
