I had ordered a Hills RX food through PetFlow approx. a month ago to be delivered on June 26. I called approx. a week ago to see if I could add another brand of food to the order. It was explained to me I couldn't add to Hills order because hills ships separately. I ordered the nutrisource food knowing it would be a separate order. The person I talked with said that if I ordered another item I would be eligible for free shipping on this food (wasn't their mim order for free shipping) He also told me he would waive shipping costs on the first order. Then my shipping confirmation came via email. Instead of putting the bully sticks on the lesser cost item they added it to the Hills order. I called again and was told they would take care of this. The only thing delivered was the bully stick, When I called again today they told me there was no confirmation from the vet. Why didn't they tell me that last week! Now my dog is out of food and I will be forced to purchase it from the vet anyway.

Ordered some fish oil instead received a huge bag of dog food and a food bowl, when I called pet flow to let them know they made a mistake they told me to take the 60lbs box to a FedEx location to mail it back to them (sounds a little inconvient when the whole purpose of ordering from petflow was to get the product directly without having to go anywhere) asked if they could expedite the shipment of the fish oil the girl said no they could only ship it ground, ummm really cause overnight delivery was an option when I placed the order. Ended up getting the fish oil a few days later and FedEx came to pick up the package. Overall a horrible first time experience, did not feel like a valued customer. The fish oil is sold in plenty of stores so won't be using petflow for future purchases. I appreciate honesty and customer service, not gonna spend my money where that's not an option.

dog food prices are way too high ..............

They sent me the wrong product. Only thing they offered when I called was to pay for shipping back - great, so I have to box it up, carry it to the FedEx store, etc. Took me half an hour to fix their mistake. Then I waited for the replacement. But despite the fact that they made the mistake once, they then sent a replacement that was again the wrong product. Still, when I called, they made no effort to assuage my bad experience by offering me anything like a discount on future products. Nope, all they said was I can again box it up, bring it to FedEx, etc. Now they say they don't have any of the product I ordered in stock. By the end, I had received 0 products and spent about 2 hours dealing with them on the phone and having to ship their products back to them. Not exactly what I set out to get when I ordered a bag of cat food.

I bought two of the led lighted colors. A black and pink one for my female and a black and blue one for my male. When I opened them, they immediately wouldn't stay closed. I also bought a fox toy with a squeaky ball in the head and a small squeaker in the tail. It lasted about two hours before it was destroyed. All of the treats I bought were fine. Still waiting to see if the lawn burn tablets to work. I'm not sure how long it takes. It would have been nice if in the description, for the tablets that it says how many to give the dogs for their weight. I thought it was one tablet a day and that was a really good deal for 90 tablets, but when I read the bottle, I needed to give them seven tablets each per day because they weigh 150lbs. apiece. My order did arrive in a timely manner and packaged very good, that was nice. I will continue to order some different things to try. I love your blockbuster page. You have some really good deals.

Unhappy with the product, in process of returning for credit back to my card.

Have had good experiences shopping wit Petflow, until I wanted to return last order. joined customer support?. Requested information how to return merchandise, haven't hear how as of yet. What gives?

This was my first order and is not going good so far. I placed my order over the phone and specifically told the agent that we have 2 residences. I gave them a billing address and a shipping address. I realized when UPS sent an e-mail saying that they had delivered our order and we did not have the order that they had sent the order to the billing address. I called petflow and found out that is exactly what happened. The operator at petflow was pleasant and said she would send them out to retrieve the order and ship it correctly. I have not received the order yet and it is prescription dog food that I need now. I will be calling for a refund if it does not arrive soon and I will probably not order from them again.
