Process made it very difficult to try and get out order (never did) and trying to get a hold of a human was equally difficult

I placed an order for rx cat food only to get an email weeks later that it wasn’t actually in stock and my order was cancelled.

Extremely disappointed with this company.

Have tried to order Hill's Science Diet Joint Care canned dog food several times now. website accepts my order, debits my bank account, then several days later debit is erased and website shows out of stock. If you don't have product, then don't advertise that you do. Bait and switch possibly?

I ordered dog food science diet UD it says it was in stock I ordered two cases for every 10 weeks I got an email saying that you don't have it so you guys lied to me and then you said you refunded me and you didn't

PetFlow has endless complications communicating with my vet, which for some ridiculous reason has to ne done every time I order, instead of having my prescription on file.

Ordered then refunded days later with no contact for reason. Had to reach out myself to find out “from the time I placed ordered and vet approved with Rx” it sold out, but while I was on phone with customer support I looked it up again and it still was listed as in stock. This is for UD Hills prescription dog food- it is out of stock everywhere currently, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
