Easy to order, fairly quick delivery.

Dog ball was not tough like advertised also box was barely closed when it arrived

Everything was packaged so nice. Price was fair. Would like a lower order theshold for fre shipping.

Was a bit disappointed that some of my order was out of stock in the warehouse near me so it came from a warehouse across the country and arrived a full business week after I ordered. (I did get an email notifying me of this). I was getting a puppy on a Friday and ordered on the Saturday before but didn't get it until the Monday after I got him so I had to run out and buy more food. The products arrived safely though and my puppy loves the bully sticks...

Easy to order, but products arrived later than expected

Good customer service, that's the strong point. Would like customer service's help, however, in a more pro-active way, to ensure I am paying the least possible price for my pet's food, as am a retiree on a low fixed income, and keeping my companion is strongly correlated with being as economical as possible. I already go to food banks to supply much if not most of my own eats; I need to economize to the max in order to retain the blessings of my animal companion.

I love the speed of delivery it only takes 2-3 days and the prices are good too
