Never have the required amount I order so I end up paying delivery chgs Very annoying!!

The site advertises one day shipping....... I ordered on Friday, it didn't ship until Monday, didn't arrive until Thursday.

Way to many emails!!! Might just unsubscribe because of this. Price is ok with discount but otherwise doubt I would buy with your standard pricing.

The food selection for prescription food is good. Better than chewy.com for my cat's needs, however there is a disconnect in customer service. My prescription ran out and so I had to wait to get confirmation from my vet. After hearing back that petflow had my prescription, I still got an e-mail data later saying they were still waiting on the prescription. Meanwhile I'm out of food. The autoship is confusing to cancel as well. I see no other way to cancel other than calling them, but maybe I'm missing something on the website. I still continue to recieve too many e-mails, after I've opted out twice.

The items I bought were fine but the packaging for the bed was muddy and ripped.

I would reorder this food - my cat really loves it and I am so thankful for that because he needs to eat this special diet (Y/D thyroid diet) I just have 2 little problems with PetFlow....1) I wish the food was a bit cheaper...I was charged like $53 for an 8.5 lb bag - it adds up and 2) I had to wait over 2 weeks to receive the food, because they needed my vet's approval and then they had to find a warehouse that had the food and ship it out to me.

The coupons PetFlow sends out every Sunday keeps me coming back. However, I would like to see two things improve: #1. Pack my dog food better so it doesn't get crushed or the bag punctured, and #2. Offering a wider selection of products would be great.

Prices are great, but canned food came with half the cans dented.
