Wag is cheaper, I only ordered because of the initial 20% they gave. I wouldn't have bothered had I known the delivery would take a WEEK. Ridiculous

I highly doubt I will ever use Pet flow again for any prescription purchases. I ordered dog food at a discount and by the time they got authorization from my vet, they no longer honored the discount,. I canceled the order, the next day I got an email that my order had shipped, I responded back that the order was canceled. i was informed it was too late. I have been very unhappy with them, I did receive and email letting me know that they were sorry and would credit my card the amount of what the discount would have been, they did make it right with me, but they have lost a prescription customer. I have yet to see the credit promised.

Delivery took a lot longer than Petsmart where I usually shop. This was my first order from PetFlow. After ordering I received MANY advertising notices in e-mail. So much so I requested to unsubscribe. When order came (today) it only had a portion of product ordered. I will not use this merchant again.

I thought when placing my order that it would be sent overnight which was not the case. The items were ordered thru your NJ warehouse which took much longer to get. Also, I called to confirm delivery and was told incorrect information from your own representative. I do not believe I will order thru your company again.

Your website reminds me of the old "bait and switch" scams.

When I placed my order at PetFlow.com, I was excited that I would be able to get some new food for my dog, and not have to worry about driving to get it before leaving on holidays. I placed the order 10 days before leaving, and it still had not arrived the evening before our trip. So, I had to run out to purchase the bag that PetFlow had not yet delivered. Then, as we were about to leave the next morning, the delivery arrived - meaning that the extra expense of time, gas spent, purchasing more food, etc was all unnecessary. The only good thing that I can say about the experience is that we won't have to buy more food for quite a while... Note to others: give yourself a lot of time between when you make the purchase and need the product - I would recommend at least 2 weeks...

I ordered this to arrange travel with my pet! She is about 20 lbs and while the carrier is nice it will not work for in cabin travel. Came with the guarantee papers. But read the fine print. Only the small will work in cabin. Will prob return this! Hope it isn't a pain!
