This site made it appear that we were getting a bargain on the prescription food our d o.o g needs, but in actuality, Hills sets the price. There is no discount anywhere.

Made an order online successfully and later was told it was oversold. Disappointing

This has been a terrible experience. My order requires a Vet approval for shipping. PetFlow uses a third party to fulfill prescription orders. My Vets office told me they approved the order twice but Petflow was never informed so the order has never shipped. I asked PetFlow to call my Vet or call the third party but the service rep refused. When I called the third party no one would speak to me. Meanwhile I had to go to another vendor to order the prescribed food my cat requires.

I was supposed to receive my dog food today. It was shipped from Nevada and I live in WA state. Yesterday it was in Illinois and now I have no arrival date. I'm not sure what is going on.

Your support has been very very bad 😂☹️ you tell me you have what I want then when it is time auto delivery your OUt you lost me and 6 more clients I wanted to let them know Bad bad nasty ! !

Purchased this item on Friday specifically because they promised it would be shipped on Monday, and I needed the speedy shipping (like Chewy.com offers) because we were leaving for vacation. Received tracking that it would be delivered the following Friday..five days after it was promised. Had to purchase the product elsewhere. Will not be purchasing here again. Don't promise something that you cannot deliver.

No cat food after 10 days. No response to email. Can’t get through on the phone. Avoid this company.

Worst place ever to buy from. Ordered prescription food for my dog. Waited four days for my vet to verify prescription. Then they cancel my order because they didn’t have the food. These people are a waste of time. They don’t send out no emails to let you know your order is canceled. Now I have to find out about getting my money back they took out the first day it was ordered. Definitely not a good third party company to go threw unless you got lots of time and hope of getting what you order. Customer service is sad these people they hire clearly don’t know what they are doing. Will never deal with pet flow again. Now my dog only has 5 cans of food left and will run out before I can get another order else where. This food was for a month to prevent surgery now who knows what my fur baby will go threw because of this unprofessional so called company. I will definitely be posting on all my social media sites and let my vet know to never recommend this company.
