Please stop pushing the auto-ship option! It's driving me nuts. I started shopping at other sites, because I was so annoyed by this. If it weren't for that, I would have given a rating of 5 stars.

My only complaint is that you only carry the Nutro Senior ocean fish dry food in the 14 lb bag. I need the 6.5 lb size. The larger bag will get stale before I can finish it.

Items are more expensive than local pet stores

I appreciate how fast my product arrives and there has never been any issues with billing or shipping. My only issue is with the coupons being emailed for a 10-15% off days after I make my purchase and that coupon code is only valid for a few days or so...

I don't like that I'm put on an email mailing list just because I place an order. I need to unsubscribe to be removed after placing every order. Otherwise, company seems OK.

I called to be sure to get the order identical to the one I placed a year ago. Wonderful and prompt. No cost to ship the wonderful Acana dog and cat food kibble. superb ingredients. Thanks to everyone involved! nancy and john morse

Prices are high

Pros: When I moved and forgot to update my address with petflow, my auto-delivery was shipped there. I called petflow and they happily shipped another bag of food to my new address Cons: 1. Prices are gradually becoming the same as in a retailer - the main factor for my choosing pet food delivery 2. Canceling auto-delivery requires a phone call to customer support 3. Continually need to advance the auto-delivery calendar as my dogs food intake varies
