I felt that everything was for a small dog. I was not pleased with the size of all that I had ordered. I didn't feel like it was a deal to buy miniature items. When my box arrived it was open.

"Free shipping" should be spelled out with the caveat that the package will be placed upon a skateboard and travel coast to coast to get to you.

I placed my order and paid for it and was really excited to get the carrier I wanted as I had been looking for a while. A couple of days later I got an email saying I was being given a refund as they were sold out of the product. I called to try to find out when the carrier might come back in and I felt they were VERY uninterested in trying to help me. This was the first time I had ordered with this company and it was NOT a great experience!!!

I ordered, on line, conditioner for my dog that I have used for years. A week went by and when I didn't receive it, I called. I was told it was an item that required a Vet's prescription. I have been using the product for years and it never did before. I ordered from several different sites. So, I called my Vet and told them Pet Flow was going to fax them for the prescription. They never heard from Pet Flow. I then called back and the person I spoke to said they were sorry but they were not allowed to mail out prescription items. So, I went to another website, ordered it without a prescription and received it two days later. About a week later, I received the order from Pet Flow. I now had twice as much as I needed and could not get a response from anyone at Pet Flow. Very bad customer service. I would not use them again...It was not a life and death situation, but I wanted the product for my dog and was getting an unintentional run around. They just didn't know what they were doing.

Service was fast, good price on the food I use, but I bought a few cat toys to make the free shipping amount. SO shocked when I got them! Made in China and not safe at all! The toys had tinsel and string and this was not shown or disclosed in the listing for the toys. The feathers tore apart almost immediately, not safe toys for kitties at all!!

There is no way od tracking your order. I ordered this product the same time that I ordered from amazon. The amazon order arrived almost 5 days before this. I kept checking the web site for information. My answer was that it shipped. That's it. When it finally arrived, it was sent to the wrong address. I think that I will stick with Amazon. This company sends items the long way. First time and last timem

Rug is too tall to be a door mat for a door that opens in which makes it useless as a door mat.

Got the product I ordered but took forever to get here
