Extremely too much trouble to purchase my dog's Roysl Canine dog food. I was informed there was an issue getting in touch with the veterinarian, which is Banfield, and has always been very easy to contact. I contact the veterinarian clinic, and they said they show no phone calls, emails, or faxes had been sent to them from Petflow. I tried to call the Petflow phone numbersI was emailed, and after being placed directly on hold, I waited 10.minutes and then hung up; this happened twice.

The order I made never came. After I called several times to see where my order was, they told me it had been shipped. Then I emailed and they told me that the vet had not sent them the prescription. I called the vet and they confirmed that they had sent the prescription. In short, a lack of responsibility and lack of respect.

Feedback requested when I have NOT received order. I have Not received tracking number. However money has been removed from my account

This is at least the second time this has happened where I ordered dry dog food and biscuits now almost two weeks ago and it was designated to be delivered by last Friday. Then notices were sent delivery was delayed with no follow up. It fell off into the ozone. I messaged on the website and called a number of times to speak with a supervisor. Allegedly, they cannot transfer you to a supervisor during Covid. After a year of Covid, I would say get it together like other huge corporations have. Neither have I received any phone call back from any supervisor. And the messaging center, never responded with an answer as to where my package was. Then, supposedly, they said the first order was lost (on the phone), now they say it was weather. Then supposedly they were resending it from Las Vegas and it was supposed to ship three days ago. This only happened after many calls and followups. I have ordered from another company and will continue to do so. Bye Bye PetFlow. The last time, when it took over three weeks for my order to get here, I was even paying for shipping.

What a scam! The two things that were on sale and the reason for the order have miraculously been discontinued. I even spoke to a representative when ordering. That was my first order to petflow and definitely my last. Back to chewy.com

Let me place an order and waited a week later to cancel it due to not having my dogs food in stock, but charged me for it.

After you accepted my order & contacting my vet...you cancelled my order after 10 days, saying the product wasn't available. Shouldn't you have known that prior to taking my order or anytime prior to cancelling!

I've already submitted a review once (for an order that was cancelled, by the way). Why are you asking again? Were you hoping I'd change my mind? Worst customer service EVER.
