As far as kibble goes, Fromm is on of the better brands to use. My dogs didn’t seem like this flavor as much as some of the others we’ve tried though.

Am happy with products I ordered but delivery was not as fast as Chewy or Petco that deliver food in 2 days.

Auto shipping program page is hard to navigate and I constantly have to adjust my ship dates because of this and you have to call to cancel a program which is really inconvenient. Prices are the best though and shipping is beyond fast.

I order your large size of the 6 inch bully sticks (total cost $99.00) which are the best quality I have found anywhere. My complaint is with your packaging. Sometimes they in a box, then other times they come in a large padded envelope. I prefer the box. The padded envelope was torn when it arrived. Luckily the product was still in the envelope.

Very good customer service. Tried them for the first time after chewy stopped carrying our brand. Bag had a rip in it. Replaced immediately.
