Unhappy with Autoship. There should be an incentive for using it other than the initial discount. It's actually cheaper to wait for a promotion than to use autoship.

Shipping is way way slow. Over a week to get my order

Fast shipping and good prices. However, when I order canned food, a substantial number of those cans are seriously dented. This has happened repeatedly.

You offer a discount but then take away free shipping.

I receive percent off discounts all the time via email but unfortunately, everytime I try to use it, it does not apply to the product I'm buying. I buy acana dog food all the time and would like to get the discount on my dog food also.

A few months ago, this would have been 5 stars. But I'm giving them 3 based on my recent order. First of all, they don't have as good of deals as they used to. And I keep getting emails telling me to shop at my local pet store. That confuses me. I'm wondering it Pet Flow has been purchased like Chewy.com was. Normally, 2-3 days after purchasing an order, I have it. This time I ordered on a Wednesday around noon and my order came the following Tues. Not nearly as fast. My mom ordered the same day as me and was told her order would be there by Friday. It wasn't. She called to find out why she was told that and got a rude customer service rep. She asked my mom how she could help her but then told her the only help she could give would be to cancel her order. I'm pretty sure I will not be ordering from PetFlow ever again. They seem to be going downhill.

Don't lije that when I went to see what was happening with a failed order it wasn't listed in any part of the menu areas for orders active or not. So I reordered set time and find out there are nw two sets of orders for the same thing. I don't like this at all. I simply want to make one order per month about the first week or so. Please adjust this with order history failed or successful. It helps keep track when seeing what is taking place.
