Quick service... one time a bag of FROMM was delivered punctured.. I did not bother to report this but, used a piece of duct tape on the bag..I think you folks need to use stronger boxes; the ones being used are flimsy...

they need stronger packaging tape, most boxes arrive barely holding together

Food itself is great. Packaging could have been better. Food was crammed into box and the box split by the time it reached us.

I really like PetFlow. The only problem I have is their fulfillment. Their packaging is subpar, and once there was a slice in the bag of dog food we received. Otherwise, they are very reliable and really aim to please.

pet flow was wonderful my cat however well lets just say is a different story. absolutely hated the food I got. the little bast!@# even tried to bury it. I wish some one would offer sample packs of the died food it would save much money and promote switching to something else otherwise I'll just stay with what I have at least the cat will eat it.

Good price for the dog food I ordered; just expected it to get to me quicker.

Good ordering experience on line but delivery of four or five days might be improved. Prices are comparable to Chewy. Please do not sell us out to Pet Smart the way Chewy did.
