I went through the whole process of ordering my dog food & paying & then I get an email that it has been cancelled because the item is not available!!! This has happened to me twice now! If the item is not in stock don't have it on your page for me to order! VERY FRUSTRATING & UNPROFESSIONAL! I think I have dog food coming which I badly need & then 3 days later I don't! I'm DONE & I wouldn't recommend PETFLOW.

They said they had the prescription diet I needed payed for my order. Got confirmation over the phone that my order was "being packaged as we speak" and that I would get an email with the tracking number in the morning. well in the morning I did receive an email but it was telling me that OOPS sorry that food is out of stock and we canceled your order. Umm excuse me why did you place my order AND take my money as well as Waste my time?! They wasted precious time I needed to locate her new RX diet for somewhere else This was my first experience with y'all and it will be my Last! Very disappointed with customer service I will deter anyone I know from choosing your site.

Terrible. First and last time I order from this company. I ordered dog food and paid for it. They canceled my order saying that my vet denied me. I got ahold of my vet (who have approved though Chewy) who never received a request. I emailed PetFlow to reinstate the order and reach out to the vet again and never heard back. Consequently, I took my order elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Said they had a specific food I needed for my dog to prevent bladder stones and another costly surgery. Ordered a couple bags, then canceled my order. I reached out to customer service and they were so rude compared to competition websites. I asked for someone above them to call me back. Never did. Won’t be using this site again. Chewy is way faster, kinder, helpful and will ship the product!

i place the order, they asked for the prescription... one week later they received the prescriptions... 2 days latter they did not ship my order... they told me did not have the products... this i would understand... my point is, they have 9 days (from the day i placed the order) to get everything they need... but dont... i wasted my time, could buy in another place and get it, if i fid not cancel only God knows how long I would wait... IF YOU DONT HAVE DONT SELL IT

They say enter your email and sign up to Recv 30% off your first purchase, the when you try to use the coupon code it tells you it’s for auto ship only. False advertising. I eventually found a 10% coupon online, but wanted the 30% that was promised. I will stick with chewy 100% satisfied for 3 yrs. zero complaints.
