I called to update my address as I've fat fingered it upon ordering. I called 2 different times to make sure that the right address was placed and was ensured that it's been updated. Hence the "change", my order was delivered in my neighbor's door. I'm just glad I saw it first and was able to claim it. Other than that, it was delivered on schedule and price is the same as it was on chewy's. If you are a chewy.com customer, the service is not the same, unlike chewy, there's a wait time but representative is almost as friendly.

My order was shipped quickly, but the packaging was done very poorly. A product box was completely smashed due to the packaging, not the shipping.

I had a difficult time trying to fill out the order and I was to have received a free Kong toy and I entered the code but there wasn't one in the box.

Same prices as everyone else and if you spend enough you get free shipping and get out of paying sales taxes and that saves me 6.25%. Food always arrives when it is supposed too.

price is not as cheap as Amazon.com

I order the the Dasequin from Petflow because of the price. The issues I have had are the coupons not working, delay in shipment, and lack of communication. When the coupon was applied, the price did not save, I did not receive a shipment and was then told that the product was resent and it was not, and I was told that I would I would have a credit to my account and there is still no credit applied. I emailed Petflow in regards to the credit and have yet to hear back.

after placing order i hadn't received package or tracking info for over a week. I called and was told that it was backordered from manufacturer and they did not know when it would be shipped. As a result I had to buy it at a retailer only to have it arrive the next day on my porch. Cost me money and time and I was never informed about the back order and then the info I got about the back order wasn't correct either.
